Kawat4d Terms & Conditions –
Complete Platform Usage Guide

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kawat4d", "we", or "platform" refers to kawat4d and all services operated under the kawat4d.biz domain.
• "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using any kawat4d service.
• "Account" refers to a registered user account opened through the kawat4d registration process.
• "Credits" refers to the value in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposited into an account via deposit or bonus.
• "Bonus" refers to bonus credits, free spins, or other benefits granted by kawat4d to members in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• "Bet" or "bet" refers to the use of account credits to participate in any game or betting activity available on kawat4d.
• "Rollover" or "rollover" refers to the requirement to wager bonus credits up to a specified amount before a withdrawal is permitted.

To register and use kawat4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Has never had an account closed or suspended by kawat4d for any reason previously.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Not among individuals who have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion from online gambling platforms.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one kawat4d account only. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms. kawat4d reserves the right to:

• Closing all duplicate accounts found without prior notice.
• Forfeiting all credit balances and accumulated winnings across all associated accounts.
• Blocking the associated IP address, phone number, or payment method from registering a new account in the future.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure — including your password and OTP verification code. kawat4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login information.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is completed.

Kawat4d accepts deposits via the following valid Malaysian payment methods only:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. kawat4d reserves the right to decline or delay deposits originating from third-party sources. Processed deposits cannot be reversed except in cases of a clear technical error on kawat4d's end.

Withdrawal of winnings at kawat4d is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon by the kawat4d team.
• Withdrawals involving bonus credits that have not met the rollover requirement will not be processed until the rollover conditions are fully satisfied.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three hours on business days. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours.
• Kawat4d reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal of RM 5,000 or more in a single transaction, or RM 10,000 or more within a 30-day period.

Kawat4d offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise specifically stated in the relevant offer:

• Welcome bonus of up to RM 500 awarded to new members who make their first deposit, subject to a rollover requirement 10x within 30 days.
• Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period (Monday to Sunday) and is credited on the following Monday.
• Bonus credits and deposit credits are held separately within the kawat4d system — your deposit credits can be withdrawn at any time with no rollover requirement; bonus credits are subject to the specified rollover conditions.
• Kawat4d reserves the right to withdraw or adjust any bonus if abuse or fraud is detected in the way the bonus has been used.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.

Players found to be exploiting the bonus system — including but not limited to hedge betting to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk — may forfeit all bonus credits and any winnings generated through such methods.

All games available at kawat4d — including slots, Live Casino, table games, football betting, cricket, and other categories — have specific rules applicable to each game type. These rules are displayed within the respective game interface.

General principles that apply to all kawat4d games:

• All games use a RNG (Random Number Generator) independently verified by an accredited third-party auditing body, ensuring that every game outcome is entirely random and fair.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value displayed for each slots game is a theoretical long-term figure — it does not guarantee results in any individual gaming session.
• In the event of any technical fault or connection disruption during a game session, kawat4d will rely on server records to determine the valid outcome for that session.

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or activity that violates these terms and conditions.
• The account was used for purposes that are unlawful under Malaysian law.
• Member failed to submit the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 months consecutive days without any transactions.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the kawat4d support team via live chat or email at support@kawat4d.biz. For voluntary closures, any valid credit balance (excluding bonus credits that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned via the original payment method within three to five business days.

Kawat4d is committed to healthy and responsible gaming. Our platform provides a range of self-control tools accessible through your account settings:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits — set a maximum deposit limit for a specified period.
• Per-session loss limit — your account will stop accepting bets once your loss limit has been reached.
• Session time limit — set how long your gaming session can run before the platform reminds you or ends the session.
• Self-Exclusion — the option to temporarily suspend account access (for 7, 30, or 90 days) or permanently, at your own request.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Game outcomes resulting from technical failures on the part of third-party game providers that are beyond kawat4d's direct control.

This Terms & Conditions document and all disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through kawat4d's complaints process will be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
